Eco-Staff, LLC is currently hiring for a Business Development Manager job in Houston, TX. The Business Development role is responsible for the development and maintenance of new client accounts. This is achieved through outside sales activity, qualification of prospective clients and the development of existing client accounts. This role offers a competitive base salary, full benefits and an uncapped monthly commission pay-out.

Job Requirements

  1. The capability to build and grow a book of business in your own local territory based on sales ability and business acumen.
  2. Proven experience generating leads from inception to close.
  3. Reaching out to new prospective clients in order to build strong long-term business relationships
  4. Hold in person meeting with clients to understand their staffing needs, set expectations, explain the services of Eco-Staff, LLC and work with them to develop strategic, creative solutions to their business needs
  5. Work closely with the local recruitment teams to ensure they understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates in a timely and proactive manner
  6. Lead or attend team meetings to ensure the team has the most up to date information, provide client feedback, and can prioritize accordingly
  7. Conduct business development activities such as territory management, conducting cold calls, scheduling appointments, crafting proposals and pr, and detailing customer agreements and sales activities
  8. Provide successful business development by building efficient, quality solutions for customers and fair pay for temporary employees
  9. Establish a positive and inclusive work environment
  10. Keep current with local trends and market conditions and their effect on business
  11. Build and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with decision-makers, end users and community leaders
