Eco-Staff LLC is looking for a positive and energetic individual to join our recruiting team in Dallas! Entry-level candidates and those with 1-3 years of recruiting experience will be considered for the position. The person hired will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.
Responsibilities:
- Identify qualified candidates for placement with clients
- Screen resumes and upload into our Applicant Tracking Database
- Interview candidates in-house and/or arrange client interviews for currently open positions or as a proactive submission
- Partner with Sales Manager(s) to ensure all client needs are properly fulfilled
- Verify applicant reference checks and administer pre-employment background requirements as applicable
- Promote company culture, values, and policies
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, or other related fields
- Minimum of 1-year work experience
- Ability to build rapport with all employees and customers
- Team mentality and commitment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work additional hours when necessary
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
- Ability to provide professional references from previous employers
