Eco-Staff LLC is looking for a positive and energetic individual to join our recruiting team in Dallas! Entry-level candidates and those with 1-3 years of recruiting experience will be considered for the position. The person hired will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.



  • Identify qualified candidates for placement with clients
  • Screen resumes and upload into our Applicant Tracking Database
  • Interview candidates in-house and/or arrange client interviews for currently open positions or as a proactive submission
  • Partner with Sales Manager(s) to ensure all client needs are properly fulfilled
  • Verify applicant reference checks and administer pre-employment background requirements as applicable
  • Promote company culture, values, and policies
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
  • Accurately maintain employee files



  • Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, or other related fields
  • Minimum of 1-year work experience
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees and customers
  • Team mentality and commitment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work additional hours when necessary
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
  • Ability to provide professional references from previous employers
